I ship overnight only by either courier (your choice) or Canada Post Expresspost.
Tracking numbers are issued to you so you can mark their progress. I do not ship to
PO. Boxes or "Super Mail Boxes". A signature will be required to receive your fish.
PLEASE make sure that you are able to receive them promptly or have someone
available to do so. I require notification of arrival within 2 hours of receiving them. If I
do not hear from you, the "live arrival guarantee" is void. Please see below for "Live
arrival Guarantee" Fish are shipped Mondays only and never during extreme
weather- hot or cold. Pick-ups are always welcome!

All fish are packed in a sturdy, insulated cardboard box. There is a $3 fee for this
box, but it is totally re-useable and worth the 3 bucks. A heat pack will be added (if
necessary) for a fee of $3

Live arrival guarantee
Although Bettas ship very well, occasionally there will be a DOA. If you have a DOA,
you must NOT open the bag. Alert me immediately via email and attach a photo of
the dead fish. I will credit any DOAs that are not the fault of the receiver, however I do
not credit shipping under any circumstances.
